If you do not receive a phone call within 1hr of transmitting if the situation warrants an immediate response, please call VRCED-LRH (972-226-3377 main) to schedule an appointment. Please do not forget to fax (or attach) recent lab-work (972-226-0800 fax) and send radiographs with the owner.
