Lake Ray Hubbard Emergency Pet Care Center is equipped with very sophisticated monitoring and diagnostic equipment to better handle serious emergencies. All of these services are available to your veterinarian upon request.
ENDOSCOPY
Used in some cases with foreign objects in the stomach or esophagus. This non-invasive procedure may preclude the need for abdominal surgery.
ULTRASOUND
Provides additional imaging of internal organs and possible fluid accumulations such as blood in the chest or abdomen following a severe trauma. Echocardiograms to evaluate heart function can also be performed.
LABORATORY SERVICES
State-of-the-art equipment allows us to quickly obtain blood chemistries, cbcs, electrolyte levels, blood gas analysis and coagulation system evaluation within minutes.
TRANSFUSION PRODUCTS
Blood products are kept on hand at all times and are available to all the surrounding veterinary hospitals 24-hours a day. |
